I believe that the foundation for taking care of the body requires a broad view of what it is to be human. You are a Human Being NOT a Human Doing. We can't isolate the body when striving to achieve greater well-being...we must embrace the totality of our being to include mind/emotion/soul and a greater ever-present loving awareness.
This talk includes a brief introduction of what yoga life teaches by simple definition and will be followed by a closer look at the systems of the body and how we can better care for them proactively.
